A planet is overrun by garbage and this slot is the incinerator responsible for cleaning it all up. The player must incinerate the space trash, on the reels. Symbols combust into orange fiery explosions on the metallic interface.

Developer

Incinerator is a new title, released by Yggdrasil Gaming. They are the new kid on the block, only releasing their first game in 2013. The Maltese company have been doing well.

Their new titles are gaining tractions, available at a lot of casinos. Yggdrasil games are unique. They always go for an interesting design, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.

Design

Incinerator has a futuristic spacy interface. It all looks very metallic and industrial. The five reels are made of little boxes which the symbols fall into, waiting for incineration. The design is perfect for the theme. On the left of the reels is the Wild Pattern display, It is the red futuristic flickering screen.

The panel is underneath the reels and houses all the games controls. There is a Max Bet Button, right next to the Spin Button, but thankfully it does not spin the reels, like it would in other titles. Clicking on any of the symbols will bring up their value.

How to Play

Incinerator is a 20 payline game. It has cascading reels. Meaning the symbols, are not on fixed reels but cascade down, to fill empty spaces. Symbols will cascade when the player first presses the spin button. When paylines are made, symbols are incinerated and more symbols will fall to fill the reels.

There is no limit to the amount of wins the Player can make. In theory, more symbols could fall, and more pay lines could be won. The game has a theoretical player return of 96.0%. The amount of payline the player can bet on is fixed, but there is an option to change the coin value. The lowest coin value is 0.01, a cash bet of €0.20. The highest coin value is 10, a cash bet of €200.

Bonus Features

Incinerator has a Wild Patten feature, it is triggered when the player wins three times, on the same spin. This is made possible by the cascading reels. The Wild Pattern Screen, on the left of the reels, displays a pattern.

When activated, all the symbols in the corresponding location to the pattern, will be replaced with Wild Symbols. A Wild Symbol, substitutes any symbols, and will substitute to form the highest available winning combination. There are sixteen possible Wild Patterns, placed into two groups. The first three wins will activate a Wild Pattern, from the first group.

These Wild Patterns, all contain four or five Wilds. If the player gets six consecutive wins, a pattern from the second group will be used. The second group, has much bigger patterns with up to eight Wilds. Second group patterns have the Wilds arranged in ways which make big wins, more likely.

Maximum Payout

The highest five in row win rewards the player 200 credits. At the highest coin value that is €2000 not that great a win.

This is by no means the biggest win possible in the game. If the player was to get all lucky about it, they could land more than five symbols in a payline. A second group Wild Pattern, more or less, guarantees an eight symbol win.

Summary

Incinerator has one of the best themes. The idea of paylines exploding in a giant space incinerator, works really well, especially for a cascading slot.

The Jackpot leaves a bit to be desired, but the real wins in this game come from the bonus feature. The Wild Patterns feature is a great addition to this slot, and while it is difficult to unlock, it’s well worth it. To summarise, this is a great title by Yggdrasil Gaming.
