DJ Wild has an Electronic dance music theme. The pokies game aims to immerse the player in the world of strobe lights and fog machines. It will take player to the clubs of Ibiza or Playa Del Carmen and shower them in confetti and hopefully a win or two.

Design

DJ Wild is unlike any pokies game out there. It has an intro video, which would not look out of place in a Hollywood movie. There is no panel on the interface. The spin button is an opaque white circle on top of the reels.

There are another two buttons, which have all the betting options and game options on the other side of the screen, and they are also, over the top of the reels. The reels cover all of the interface, except for a thin bar displaying the players balance and bet. The soundtrack Fantasize, is exclusive to the game and was created by a DJ from Stockholm. The symbols used in the game are mixture of DJ equipment, instruments and gem/fruit symbols.

How to play

DJ Wild has 10 paylines but they pay both ways, so there are 20 ways to win. A winning payline can start at the furthermost right or left reel. Bet are selected using the white faded button in the bottom left of the interface.

DJ Wild has pre-programmed betting strategies, which change the size of a players bet. How the different strategies affect the players bet, is determined by the outcome of previous spins and there are four strategies. Holding down the spin button will bring up an automatic spin menu, and the options menu is at the top right of the screen.

Bonus Features

The DJ Wild symbol acts as a sticky wild. There are five DJ Wild symbols all based around common club effects, like strobe lights and confetti. The Fire, Smoke and Confetti Wild symbols expand vertically.

And the Strobe Light and Laser Light Wilds expand horizontally. Landing a Wild also wins the player a free spin. If a wining line is triggered during the free spin, an additional free spin is awarded, and another wild is added, which makes it even easier to win.

Maximum Payout

The jackpot is won using the DJ Wild symbols. There are no wilds on the third reel, but if a player manages to get a wild on reels 1,2,4 and 5 a Jackpot symbol appears on the 3^rd and there is a chance it will land.
